There is big debate in recent weeks about should or shouldn’t we start off the day with breakfast.

Well we think you should! Breakfast to us is the most important meal of the day and lets face it, it doesn’t always have to be the full works either.

We have complied a list of some of our very tasty healthy breakfast options:

  1. The Healthy platter- homemade porridge, bowl of fresh fruit, homemade brown soda bread & freshly squeezed glass of orange juice,
  2. The Skinny Mini- 2 poached eggs, grilled bacon, oven roasted tomato & brown soda bread,
  3. The farmers plate- grilled bacon, black pudding(full of iron) scrambled eggs, diced potatoes & soda bread.
  4. Avocado & Poached eggs
  5. Smoked Salmon & Scrambled eggs (full of those healthy fish oils)
